About Signal Chain
Signal Chain is a newsletter about life from a Generation X / early millennial point of view, or as we say, the middle distance between youth and old age. Read the intro to learn more about it or subscribe here (only members can read the full text of each issue).
Jason Clarke is the primary author of Signal Chain and a writer based in Orono, Maine. Learn more at jasonclarke.org.

Submissions are welcome. Authors are paid $10 per 1,000 words (and a minimum of $10) for published works. This isn't "Vogue in the 1980's" money but it's something.
Submissions should be about life from the perspective of a Generation X / elder millennial person. You don't need to be that age, but it helps.
Send your submission to jgclarke@gmail.com.
Guidelines:
- Essays, short short stories, and poetry are accepted.
- Submissions may be previously published provided you own all rights.
- Authors retain all rights to works published on Signal Chain.
- Authors are asked to promote their published content with direct links back to their content on Signal Chain.
- No majority AI-created/revised content is accepted.
